Porsche Tops 2015 J.D. Power APEAL Study

J.D. Power and Associates is a global market research company which produces many of what are widely regarded as benchmark studies in the automotive field. Porsche was recognized by the company in two of these recent studies. For the 2015 J.D. Power ‘APEAL’ study, the firm evaluates what it calls “Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout.” This breaks down into eight different categories, such as ride, handling and braking, and engine/transmission. Surveyors then asked over 84,000 people to evaluate their new vehicles based upon these categories. The average for premium vehicles is 841. The industry average is 798.
